1060H24 aluminum discs have a range of excellent physical properties and chemical compositions. Its chemical composition mainly includes aluminum (Al) content of up to 99.60%, silicon (Si) accounting for 0.25%, copper (Cu) accounting for 0.05%, magnesium (Mg) accounting for 0.03%, zinc (Zn) accounting for 0.05%, manganese (Mn) accounting for 0.03%, titanium (Ti) accounting for 0.03%, vanadium (V) accounting for 0.05%, and iron (Fe) accounting for 0.350%. In terms of physical properties, 1060H24 aluminum discs exhibit high plasticity, corrosion resistance, conductivity, and thermal conductivity, but their strength is low and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, resulting in poor machinability. It is easy to withstand various pressure processing and stretching, bending, and is suitable for various application scenarios, such as building decoration, electronic product casings, etc. In addition, it also has the characteristics of light weight and good aesthetics.
